Chen is one of my friends who always try to the best of his ability to do everything best. He received promotion after he joined in his company two months later because his superiors realized that he is a man of considerable ability. Most of his collogues said that Chen is so lucky,but I did not think so and I think what he did deserved what he got. I believe that everyone will be paid for his ability and hard-working all the time. I even think that what Chen has done is more than he got. I have been friends with Chen for 4 years.4 years ago,I just graduated from the university for a long time and stay athome with no job. So I abandoned myself to the games and the internet. I knew Chenby accident, I complained is unfair to me because many classmates of mine havegotten a job on the internet one morning, but I was stayed at home withnothing. As the matter of fact, even though I complained sometimes but I knowthat ‘no pains, no gains.' In the afternoon, I landed my QQ and I saw thereis one comment, its main idea is ‘Efforts may not succeed but it must fail if you don’t work hard',and so on. I was impressed at it and I replied quickly. And we become good friends gradually during conversation. Time went by quickly, but the friendship between us is better and better.
