There has been a wide known story about saving money. The story tells that a chinese woman saved a large amount of money at the cost of many years. She bought a house with the money she saved. But she just have a few years to live in the house before she died. On the contrary, an American woman bought the house first with a loan and lived in the house ever since. She paid the money back with the rest of her life.
