Be a Smart Consumer In today's world full of consumerism, everyone is a consumer, but the problem is that not everyone is a smart consumer. On the one hand, some people always pay much attention on their money, making them afraid of spending and consuming; on the other hand, others have always been living a lavish life, for what they care about is not their money, but the happiness of consumer. In my opinion, today's world has been not the same as the past's. we shouldn't waste our money but, at the the time, we also don't need to live a hard life even though we have enough money in hand. Therefore, what we should do is to be a smart consumer. What does a smart consumer mean? First of all, a smart consumer has a profound understanding of money. They cannot be enslaved by money, on the contrary, they are the master of money. They can get s sense of satisfaction by buying what they need or like no matter how much money they have. So "smart" indicates that the consumer has a right value view towards money. Second, a smart consumer could make full use of money properly. For example, when buying something, a smart consumer can always get what they want at a rational price within their capabilties. That's to say, they are consuming like other people, but they can reach their purpose at the least expense. In a word, a smart consumer should be described as 1) a consumer, with the right value view of money, can use his money peoperly.
