We will become stronger not only in our physically but also mentally if we are used to being persevered. Every one of us must not be luck always and we will face all kinds of troubles on all kinds of things. For instance,if we are students,sometimes some problems such as math problems, Chinese problems or English problems,which makes us bothersome and worrisome,but if we can continue to solve it by turning our teachers or classmates for help,we always can work it out and we build confidence on study. Insistence make us take easy at everything. Because fortitude can lead to strong and patient mental.For example,if we do everything in endurance even though we have failed several times and we never give up,we will improve ourselves during this process eventually,we will get something benefit us on the constantly hard working. At the same time,we will make ourselves get used to being persevered in everything gradually,which make our force stronger and stronger,finally we build a faith of which we should be head-on in everything and continue but not say die.
