Today, the cell phone is a part important role in daily life,so it is became a tool that person communicated with each other ,but many people said to if they are lack of cell phone company ,they were like lost meaning in their live.It was a great bad affection when person overusing it .and how should we take measure to deal with the problem? the technology developed very fast,high-tech products have been dominated in all technology markets.and it must became a normal communicate tool in situation, however, overusing it have been estimated consequences ,such as in our life 、in our work and in our study. In my opinion ,we find a way both logical use and not overusing it.
