Twenty four hours' programme is an obvious improvement from the traditional fixed hours's arrangement, it signals that audiences' diversified needs can now be satisfied, TV channels are able to cover their cost of running whole day by catering both their audiences and their business partners. Nowadays, people are living a nightless lifestyle thanks to the full potential of power grid, although not all of them will choose TV to spent their night life, but TV do help some asomnia suffers to go through their lonely long night. For those who are so busy everyday that have no time to care about the big news, twenty four hours' programme can guarantee their access to these resources. This twenty four hour strategy also help TV channels to attract more audiences, improve their fames and commercial values, which in turn gain more profits from selling advertisement slots. The biders of the advertisement slots are also happy to see their product get promoted round the clock to target different potential customers and engrave the image of the product in the sudiences' mind. But this is not good for those people who spent most of their time in front of TV. On the one hand, TV is our good frient to repel lonelyness, but on the other hand, it's unwise to rely on TV to console one's emotional needs. Long time watching causes harm to one's eyesight, increases the danger of obesity, damage the health function of heart and brain. Watching TV at midnight is espacially a bad habit to keep, which will danger one's life. In conclusion, it is not the twenty four hour programme to blame for the damages to body health, but rather the wrong personal choice and week willpower. We should adopt a healthy lifestyle and resist the temptation of TV programmes, and learn to get advantage of it.
