On Maintaining Trust Trust is the most frequently used word when we are talking about interpersonal relationships.It is because that trust is very important for everyone.If we have little trust on each other,lives will become more hard.Can you immage that we can not ask others for direction because they often cheat on us. However,it is hard to build trust but easy to destroy. Therefore,how to build and maintain trust is very important for us. First,I reckon that time can bulid anything including trust. Trust is based on familiarity,and familairity is based on time.So once two individuals know each others for a long time,they can bulid trust and maintait it carefully.Second,we should communicate with one another more frequently and patiently.Mostly,trust is destroyed by misunderstanding.In other words,we often do not tell others or ask others the truth positively,and then we think others are cheating me. But actually all this is just my guess.So more we communicate,the more solid trust is.fanally,we should realize that everyone can make mistake,and we should learn to forgive others.Maybe we give others one more chance,they will return you more and give you more trust. Trust is the gold in any interpersonal relationships,So we should maintain it carefully.
