Nowadays, the number of cars has a drantical increase due to economic development.Such a trend triggers a problemical issue that the transport system of city congest seriously. Pior to the presentation of my recommendable solution,a close examination will be paid to the factors which lie behind. The following reasons in light of my perception cannot excuse from explaining why the traffic jam. Imitially, the problem mainly lies in private cars. With the development of living standrads, an increasing number of persons can afford cars.It is no denying that private cars bring acquate convience. So,they abandon the habit of taking public transports to reach destinations.A further reason which should be responsible for the situation is that governments cannot provide a complete transport system for the public. For example, there still exit many conners which is not covered by public buses or subways. This situation lead to a lot of troubles for traving. Therefore, individuals would like to choose drive cars to get rather than choose public transports. Finally, this problem is partly attributed to the fact that urban planning is not reasonable. Commercial centers, industry resgions, as well as residential areas too much gather.During commutertime or weekends, thousands cars would appear on the streets. The transport system may collapse. Accordingly and respectively, the following measures are strongly recommended in ferms of addressing the issue.Initially, limiting private cars is obliged to give top priority to consider.According to the number of cars, the relavent departments set regulations to reduce quantily of private cars on streets.A further recommendation which may function efficiently in terms of eliminating the issue is that governments should play an important role.In other words, to build reasonable infrastructers ,include increase bus stations and build the radial pattern of public transport facilities, and so on. To conclude,I personally believe that only when recommended measures are put into practise can this problem be completely addressed or eased to a large extent.I sincerely expect that one day in the near future.
