For some people being a great leader in a big company or even in the government of his country is their whole life dream. Then a question about how to be a good or professional leader came into their mind.The frist answer must be the leadership. Yes leadership is almost the only reason that why someone can be a successful leader ,while someone can not,even give him a chance to be a leader he will still become an ordernary person at last. why? does that means talented people’s leadership is inborn? No I don't agree with it From my point of view this is just a kind of bility that we can learn.My reason are as follows. first and most impotant,I think to be a leader we must know how to help other people find their post in the workplace.or I mean help others to do the work they are best formillian.I think this is important to a good leader it represent the ability of range others in a factory ,and a good range can really improve the working efficiency.Obvilosly this needs us to know others we can gain this ability from observe others.this is definitly not an inborn thing ,we get this from learning,teachers had teach us how to achieve thousands of times. secondly ,to be a good leader we should know how to speak ,how to make a speech that can make other people believe us ,obtain our ideal ,and suppose us.this ability can also learen from others. last but not least ,a good leader have to know how to help others,you may wound why? I think if you want to be a good leader you must get others support, if you are a kind person ,you are will to help others in pain,those who get the help from you will thanks for you and you will dedinity get his support .And this ability is also gain from learning. So I belilieve the Talented people’s leadership is gain from learning from others.
