For some people being a great leader in a big company or even in the government of his country is their whole life dream. Then a question about how to be a good or professional leader came into their mind.The first answer must be the leadership. Yes leadership is almost the only reason that why someone can be a successful leader. While someone cannot, even give him a chance to be a leader he will still become an ordinary person at last. Why? Does that mean talented people's leadership is inborn? No I don't agree with it From my point of view this is just a kind of ability that we can learn.My reason is as follows. First and most important, I think to be a leader we must know how to help other people find their post in the workplace.Or I mean to help others to do the work they are best formulation.I think this is important to a good leader it represents the ability of a range others in a factory,and a good range can really improve the working efficiency.Obviously this needs us to know others we can gain this ability from observing others.This is definitely not an inborn thing,we get this from learning, teachers had to teach us how to achieve thousands of times. Secondly,to be a good leader we should know how to speak,how to make a speech that can make other people believe us,obtain our idea,and suppose us.This ability can also learn from others.
