For some people being a distinguished leader in a big company or even in the government of his country is their whole life dream. Then a question about how to be a good or professional leader came into their mind.The first answer must be the leadership. Yes leadership is almost the only reason that why someone can be a successful leader. While someone cannot, even you give him a chance to be a leader he will still become an ordinary person at last. Why? Does that mean talented people's leadership is inborn? No I don't agree with it .From my point of view this is just a kind of talent that we can learn.My reasons are as follows. First and most important, I believe to be a leader we must know how to help other people find their position in the workplace.Or I mean to help others to do the work they are familiar.I think this is a key to be a good leader, it represents the ability of ranging others in a factory, and a suitable range can really improve the working efficiency.Obviously this needs us to know others advantages and disadvantages, we can gain this from observing others.This ability is definitely not an inborn thing, we get this from learning, teachers had to teach us how to achieve it thousands of times. Secondly, to be a capable leader we should know how to speak, how to make a speech that can make other people believe us,and suppose us.This ability can also learn from others. Last but not least,a good leader has to know how to help others, you may feel curious, why? I think if you want to be a good leader you must get others support, if you are a kind person ,you will be willing to help others in pain,those who get the help from you will thanks for you and you will definitely get his support .And this ability is also gained from learning. So I believe the talented people's leadership is gained from learning from others.
