In such an intensely competitive world, movies are combined with abundant commercial elements to catch our eyes, focusing more on the funny things to calm down the fast lane style. Nevertheless, I am still absorbed in serious types of movie. The first reason of the affection for the serious films is the personal taste for loving the abstruse things which forces me thinking. I don't want to waste time on the films like fastfood with the fuction for fun and none meaningful thing to remind. Such films don't need to review and you just forget them after watching. I could watch the movie "the 1900" for several times to understand the director's philosophy and comprehension of the life, which enlighten me the approaching road in the future, there not existing in fast movies. Becides, what's attracting me most is the value of the film, that is to say, a serious movie is much more valuable than the amusing movie to me. The principle rule is that I will spend limited money in seeing a serious movie rather than the funny one, as a result from the established quantity of the money. According to the economic theory, one will purchase more valuable things to satisfy himself and to attain the best utility, which accounts for my preference for the serious movie. What's more, it's suseptible for the serious movie compared with other commercial movies to equip higher quality in the contents, staff, actions, background music and extra movie factors. A profound film appeal more notable movie stars and more efforts the director as well as others devote, not only the need, but also the chance for the artists to prove themselves and to create a beautiful working bearing in the river of the history. Maybe there seems to be else causes to testify my preference for the earnest film, however, good movies alse contain the interesting spots to delight us.
