Compared to decades years ago, there have been great changes in our society. Individuals enjoy higher life quality and our society is more developed under the endeavours by so many ambitious people. In those years, human beings have made much progress. But many areas still need more attention and effort. It is happy to see so much improvement in many aspects, especially, education and technology development. Firstly, there are more choices for each student. Apart from girls' schools or boys' schools, the number of co-ed schools is increasing. Meanwhile, more and more students could access to virtual class and study according to their own pace instead of face to face traditional class because of the widespread of Internet.the invent of Internet make variability of teaching possible, which make class more interesting. Secondly, a growing number of electronic equepments and applicants make our life easier and more convenient. For example, it is not a dream for us to connect to internet and work at outside or at home instead of fixing in office. Moreover, the application of google map really make those depending public transportation or lacking of sense of direction happy, as it make their life easier. In a word, those improvement indeed supply people more choice and make life easier. While, we have admit many existing many areas need to be improved. One one head, the measures to reduce the crime rate. It is said that the amount of criminals is increasing, which means more victims. As we know reducing the rate is essential for a harmony society. Therefore, more measures need to be taken. On the other hand, the contamination in environment and food cannot be neglected. There are so much news on TV. For instance, some sea birds are waiting to die, because there are too much oil on their wings which is from the oil polluted sea water. And some businessmen use bad material to produce food in order to get more profit which could make people sick, such as milk events. Generally speaking, we still have much to do in the future. To conclude, we have to admit, the efforts in the last few years indeed have made great progress which improve our life quality, but the exsting issues such as evironment pollution and food safety still need attention and measures. Therefore, however great progress we have made, there are still much area waiting for us.
