题目分析：
两个态度都片面。所以不要急于选择。我们真正希望的是，不慌不忙(with full composure)，却很有效率(efficient)。所以，我更倾向于carefu planning。因为careful planning是成功的关键。另外，也要看是什么样的事情，工作、学习，都喜欢尽快结束(give it an end as quickly as possible)，但是与朋友消遣，与家人相伴，却不应该匆匆忙忙(bustle up)，而应该at a slower place。作者能较灵活准确地使用词汇表达，但学术词汇的积累还有很大的空间；行文稍欠流畅，应适当增加连接词的使用；若增加一些从句的使用，文章会更不错。
The Pace of Life In the modern world,with the rapid development of technology,the pace of life is becoming faster and faster because the competition is increasing dramatically in some degrees. Some people prefer to be hurry up all the time.But others are fond of spending their life in a relax way by doing everything slowly.From my point of view,both of them are not good enough.First of all,it is significant to learn to balance our life between quick work and enjoyable time.In other words,when we dealing with something really important which needs to be fulfilled as soon as possible,careful planning is the only key towards success.Only in this way can we complete our assignment with efficiently.On the contrary,we should treasure the happy time getting along with family,friends or love.at that time we`d better at a slower pace and enjoy it. Above all mentioned,the ability of balance is the most fundamental factors of our bliss life.
