Defeats are scattered in all phases of life. However, people draw different attitudes towards it. Optimistically, some convert adversity into steppingstone to reach the goal. Pessimistically, others are overwhelmed by the gloom and doom of any failure. Thus, they are doomed to be defeated by misfortune. However, if we can’t assert ourselves that we are capable of weathering any hardship, how can we preside over our fate in the dynamic world. Actually, the recent triumph of vancl well exemplified that. Although vancl suffer a slump in trade last year, it never gets around to despairing or grieving, instead, it contemplated over the drawbacks and learned from former defeats. Finally, after modifying the commercial model, vancl had regained lost territory. As a youngster, we should see the silver lining in any hardship. Former failures are precious lessons that we can learn from. With the experience and wisdom refined from defeats, we will be better equipped to thrive.
