My friend just sent me a picture of her new house , which is located in a small town of Hainan Province. The house looks beautiful, and is surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful flowers, and my friend enjoys this place very much! I really like this kind of house, and I prefer to stay a small town instead of living in a big city. The traffic is better in a small town than that in a big city. Living in a big city such as Shanghai means you need to face the big traffic congestion problem everyday. In my previous job, It took me around 4 or 5 hours on the way to go to my company and from company to my home, actually the distance between my home and company was not far away, but due to traffic jam,I had to spend a lot of time on it, and this made me exhausted.While in small town, you will never have such trouble, you can go somewhere whenever you like without any worry about traffic problem. Living in a small town is more healthy. In a small town, you will own more space, more trees grow around, and you will breathe more fresh air, which is good for your health. While in a big city, because of expensive real estate, there is no possibility to get more trees and more space. And there is lots of pollution, such as light pollution, noise pollution and automobile pollution. they are harmful to your health. Beautiful landscape in a small town. Living in a small town, you can be close to the nature, when you go outside for walking. When you find that trees are growing, flower are blooming, birds are singing the song in trees, you will enjoy the beautiful scene. Cheap cost when living in a small town. Because of low cost of labour force, transportation and raw materials, commodities are much cheaper than those in a big city. So when you live in a small town, you can enjoy high quality life and pay less. To sum up, living in a small town has lots of advantages, so I do like live in a small town.
