同意或者不同意，都是错误的。不结合具体情况，无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好：跟老板、同事沟通，face-to-face communication更好；跟愤怒的投诉顾客，telephone更好一些；跟情人沟通，当然face-to-face更好。

As more and more people especially the large-scale of the youth have been communicated with each other on line for ages since the internet covered everywhere around the world, increasing number of sociologists and psychologists appeal for face-to-face communication. This phenomenon raises the question on the adventages of the latter. In my opinion,talking with family members,relatives and friends looking in their eyes directly is a better way to strengthen the relationships than other methods such as letters,email or telephone calls.My stance counts on following consideration. First of all,humanity is a kind of creature whose emotion impacts its attitude and movement virtually,and communicating face-to-face gives people the chance to share others with emotions.As a result,people can reach the more intimate layer through this. Of course,the cost is also my consideration.As we know,phone calls waste fees,email via internet need a expensive terminal,writting letters requires for paper,ink and pen,however,talking with each other needs nothing but your mouths.
