It is universally acknowledged that it is unwise to judge one person by his apperance.If we do judge person by apperance ,for one thing,it will give you wrong message,for another,it will have a bad effect on establishing a good relationship with others.Now we can expain the resons below. Firstly,from our students' point of view,judging a person by apperance may lead us to make evil friends who have a good looking barely but have a bad inner.In addition,it can damage the relationship with other.From people's perspective,it will not be good for booming and getting much useful experience from others.it may ruin ourselves over time. In my opinion,we should judge one person by what he can do and what feats he can complish.Only in that way can we get the right person to help us get somewhere.And it is what we need to establish a relationship.
