同意或者不同意，都是错误的。不结合具体情况，无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好：跟老板、同事沟通，face-to-face communication更好；跟愤怒的投诉顾客，telephone更好一些；跟情人沟通，当然face-to-face更好。
全文结构较为严谨；适当增加一些从句的使用，会为文章添彩；文章用了较为丰富的词汇，学术词汇略显单薄，同时注意单词拼写的检查。
There are amounts of types of communication in the mordern world.Some people believe that face-to-face communication is better than other types of communication, such as letters, email, or telephone calls.Otherwise I can't agree all degree on it. From my point of view,I consider it necessary for us to communicate with someone who is really significant for us such as family or love parterner in person.What's more we'd better to talk to collgues or discuss with our boss face-to-face.On the other hand,when we need to deal with something which is embarresing it would be better by email or telephone and so forth.For example,comforting a complaining comsumer or do an apologise and so on. From all mentioned,we need to learn to choose the right way to communicate in variety curcumstances.
