From the traditional point of view, employees have to go to their workplace to initiate the daily job. But things have changed dramatically in terms of how and where morden employees are working. An ncreasng number of employees, especially those in the IT or design industry, can now enjoy their woking without leaving home. This not only offer employees with more free choices of allocating their time, but also ease the traffic conjestion and air pollution. Which are of great benefits to the individual and the environment. Daily commute is inevitable for most people who live in one place and go to work at another place, some even involve inter-city transportantion, which are called “the pendulum group”.
