I do not think it is easy to present a obvious attitude to such thorny problem whether being happy with a job is more important than having a high salary,because to distinct group of people,exhilaration means different entirely.As a result,we have to divide humanity into two main categories to discuss. The first one is those people who has superb skills like superior engineers or who is great at managing such as the board members.Thanks to their unique techniques or relationships,these people get the upper hand in the interrelationship with the companies or other non-profit organizations,and such solution may lead to the following phenomenon,they may resign from a company which offers a relatively high salary to persue a job full of happiness. However,to most of the average workers,they seems to prefer a sufficient payment rather than happy.Because their labours are the same literally,the hirer can substitute anyone else for those workers eager to be happy.
