From the traditional point of view, employees have to go to their workplace to initiate the daily job. But things have changed dramatically in terms of how and where morden employees are working. An ncreasng number of employees, especially those in the IT or design industry, can now enjoy their woking without leaving home. This not only offer employees with more free choices of allocating their time, but also ease the traffic conjestion and air pollution. Which are of great benefits to the individual and the environment. Daily commute is inevitable for most people who live in one place and go to work at another place, some even involve inter-city transportantion, which are called “the pendulum group”. They spend much time on the road to go back and forth everyday, cause the traffic congestion and air pollution, in turn sufferd by themselves. People are easly annoyed by the bad traffic, although it is dangerous to drive with a bad tamper, which will lead to more fender benders. On top of that, huge mounts of time spent on the road and work may have sarcrificed familiy life and spirit relives and intimate communications, which is the main cause of depression and suicide, and children mental problems bue to less accomppany, as well as family conflict.
