In recent years,all the universities as well as colleges in the mainland of China have seen the gradually increasing amounts of undergraduates and postgraduates who join the higher education.For me,this phenomenon is a sinister signal which show the rapid decline in literacy and profession virtually.In other word,I agree the higher education should be open to elite students. First of all,the background of the elite students should be limited namely we should select several specific and operational standards to make a fair judgment whether one senior high school graduate have the opportunity to be accepted by the universities or not. Secondly,due to the operation of the institution of one state,only small proportion of people have the chance to take part in the governance,high-level capital working and to share the large-scale of property. Lastly,every country cannot afford the educational resources to support all the students .If one country do so,the outcoming would be a catastrophe.
