At present,there is an increasing number of people who go to universities.It seems to be a trend.In my opinion,the phenomenon can be explained with diverse reasons. In terms of Chinese conventional culture,Chinese highlight education.Therefore,parents will support their kids to study further if they are able to attend university.Since the Dynasty of Han,education is regarded as a tool to work on politic.This mind remains till now.However,going to the university does not mean the same thing to people of western countries.They attend university for further academic research. Considering from the present economical situation and the competition of employment,people have a strong demand for university certificate.They have to improve their skills by attending universities.As the economy develops,qualified employees are in need.The diploma of university can be an advantage of hunting jobs or getting promoted. To some people,going to university is a necessary period of their lives.During this period,they can absorb knowledge.What's more,they may set up their values,such as science value and world value.Thus ,being admitted to university is significant to them. Taking myself as an example,there are several reasons driving me to attend university.Firstly,I desire to acquire knowledge.Secondly,I look forward to preparing for my career and changing my life because I come from village. In some way, although there are many reasons why people go to university,they are similar to the most people.And there is on doubt that university is becoming a crucial part of our lives.
