Sometimes we must say no when they ask us for help.Why? One situation may be that we are not capable of doing what they ask us to do.The other situation may be that we are unwilling to do what they ask us to do. Because their request may be unresonable or even illegal. On both occasions we should say directly no. But in case always not the same in our life. Some people are afraid to say no when they should say so. On one hand is they are afraid to losing faces. On the other hand, they don't want to hurt them,such as family members,relatives,friends or colleagues. If you say yes when you should say no that eventually do you some harm.If you say yes but fail to help in the end because you lack of ability.They will think your are not worthy trust. If you have them to do bad or illegal.You will be punished for you have done.so ,don't be afraid to say no if necessary.
