Some people like to make a conclusion as soon as they see or hear something.No matter their conclusion proved to be right or wrong. The behavior itself is unwise. First and foremost,they can't tell if it is truth what they see or hear.It maybe a joke or something not true. Making a conclusion by such joke can only bring us a joke.Even if it's ture,we still cannot make a conclusion.Because we know too little to make a conclusion about the whole thing.
