First of all,we can figure it out easily that it can advance the teaching quality to ask the students to evaluate their teachers.Whether a education process is valid or not is not depending on the final examination's grade but the amount of acquisitions students grasp, and the latter is not measurable tangibly and only known by the students themselves.So as a result,it is necessary to enforce such policies. Nonetheless on the other hand,we cannot permit such test form to be the sole method to evaluate the ability of teachers.Because in our studying experiences,we would meet with few odd teachers who may not be welcomed by students but have significant research outcomes.
