In contemporary community,an increasing number of libraries are built in many metropolis.Some elderly people complain that their exercise isseus wil be blocked due to building a library in spare area.However many education experts claim that a new libaray can provide students with a occasion to do academic research.In my opinion,Building new library can has both positive or negative effects on our society. To start with,library has long been proved as the favourite place where students would like to stay when they are free.Pupils can enjoys its advanced facuilities which can contribute to thier learning on challenging courses.Besides,no one can deny that they will be more concentrate on what they are reading.There is an old saying goes that atomsphere can impact on someone,so peaceful air in the library can contribute to improve student's attention.
