同意或者不同意,都是错误的。不结合具体情况,无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好:跟老板、同事沟通,face-to-face communication更好;跟愤怒的投诉顾客,telephone更好一些;跟情人沟通,当然face-to-face更好。

Everyone maybe have a experience of complaining about a product or poor service, some prefer to complain in writing and others prefer to complain in person.For me,i rather to complain in writing than complain in person . The way of what i choose due to 3 point. First of all,i think complaining in writing bases on the company's standpoint so that what you complain could not make the company ashamed and the shortcoming quickly be correct by company.I think a humble way to advise suggestion will be accept quickly. Secondly,complaining in person maybe produce a conflict between the buyer and seller and it will make the situation worse and have no benefit in making the product better.Somethings people do really lost their mood control easy when they are in angry. Thirdly ,i think writing is powerful than speaking in some way,people can easily forget what you said,instead the writing cannot forget easy than speaking as well as can give people deep impress if you write specific.Not only can people accept the suggestion easier but also make you out of the angry mood. In a word,every problem has a suitable way that can solve it,you should choose the most suitable way which bases on the feeling of others.Then,it will make things coming into a better situation.
