This not only offer employees with more free choices of allocating their time, but also ease the traffic congestion and air pollution. Which are of great benefits to the individual and the environment. Daily commute is inevitable for most people who live in one place and go to work at another place, some even involve inter-city transportation, which are called “the pendulum group”. They spend much time on the road to go back and forth every day, increase the traffic congestion and air pollution, in turn suffered by themselves. People are easily annoyed by the bad traffic, although it is dangerous to drive with a bad temper, which will lead to more fender benders. On top of that, huge amounts of time spent on the road and work may have sacrificed personal life and family life. Both of which will harm the employee's enthusiasm and productivity. In contrast, working at home can solve all these problems at one stroke. The company neither needs to offer office equipment, nor to pay for electricity and property management fee. Thus the cost can be saved to a great deal. From the employee's point of view, they can have a say in their time management. Thereby family members can be united to a great deal. Besides, the pressure will be largely reduced without the boss around to supervise you. With an easy and happy atmosphere, the employee can be more efficient and devoted. All in all, work at home is preferred by most employees and also benefit employers, not only that, the society also enjoy the reduction of pollution and traffic congestion. It brings more benefits than harms.
