There is a common belief that everything own both cons and pros.I believe either working for a small company or working for a large company can bring plenty of advantages.However,from my point of view,I prefer working for a large company at the beginning when I graduate from university. First of all,large company can provide more opportunities to improve yourself in many aspects.For example,going aboard to study,meeting some big figures in your fields and since you would learn a lot when you work in such a competitive environment.What's more,large company also offers more attractive policies such as insurance policy which guarantee your life when you get old and get off of work.But as we know,everything has its own shortcomings.In other words,working for a large company in a degree means more pressure and stress.On the contrary,working for a small company means more leisure or happiness. Above all mentioned,I prefer working for a large company to get more promotion and gain more for my future.
