From what is detailedly demonstrated in the above graph,we can observe distinctly that in a small city in China,the Electricity consumption experienced some changes during the past several years.From 2004 to 2005,it increased by 2.51% from 4.6 million kilowatt to 4.723 million kilowatt.However,it decreased by 0.8% from 4.723 million kilowatt in 2006.Then it increased by 12.88 to 5.26 million kilowatt in 2007. The reasons why the electricity comsumption rises with some fluctuations can be listed as follows.In the first place,it is with the tremendous improvement of financial status as well as living standards that electrical appliances such as televison sets,refrigerators,washing machines,air conditioners and so on are becoming increasingly widespread however,not only will all these machines offer us great convenience,but also consume more electricity.In the second place,factories located around the city are also primary factors of the rising of electricity consumption.In the third place,the consciousness towards economizing is absent by most of the citizens,which also causes the rising of electricity consumption. The rapid increase of electricity consumption reveals that it is necessary that we should make some regulations to save it.Otherwise we could not get sufficient power in the future.
