Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay based on the picture below. You should start your essay with a brief account of the impact of the Internet on the way people communicate and then explain whether electronic communication can replace face-to-face contact. Electtronic communicattion can not replace face-to-face contact. The picture told us a family communicated with each other on the internet though they live upstair and downstair. It point out a present social situation that people communicate more in the internet than face-to-face communication. But in my opinion, face-to-face contact can not be replaced. Although internet bring us more convenience, it expand the distance of each other.
