How Should Parents Help Children to Be Independent? As a saying goes, you are always children who will never grow up in your parents' eyes. That is why parents prepare everything what children need at present. When someone was a child, their parents always ran behind him or her and fulfilled all the demands they asked. Even if he or she grew up and became an adult who can make a decision for himself/herself. However, parents never know what children really want and what they really need. Therefore, parents should let their children go that they can be more independent. Firstly, parents ought to lead their children to make their decision when they can tell right from wrong. What' more, parents should teach their children how to solve the problem they will meet. Secondly, parents can share their life experiences and how they solve it. If they read more experiences they would know they are not the only one to fight with the difficulties and they can learn by their parents. In addition, a proper communication is an easier way to a build up a closer relationship. So parents should spend more time to communicate with their children rather than take much time to earn money.
