It is undoubted that college is the significant position to develop the persons’ abilities. So what is the university life be, will be better to suit university students? Some people assert that students should spend all time studying, whereas others take the view that it is indispensable for students to join other activities. I completely side with the latter opinion. There are a few reasons rendered below. That sport is a very important activity. Doing sports is good for not only the health, but also enlarging the circles of friends. For example, football is one of the aerobics sports, by playing football is contribute to enhance our heart and lung function. Besides, it is a kind of group sporting, when playing football teammates need to cooperate very well. Hence they will be familiar with each other naturally, further said, to be friends. Part time job is a very nice choice for students to participate during the spare time. On the one hand poor students can make money by themselves. Nowadays, the price of the college tuition and life cost is increasing dramatically. Lots of family could not afford such expensive fees for their sons or daughters. Students do part time job can reduce the economic burden fairly. For another, after experiencing the various life of the workplace, it is helpful for students to set the career target in the future. There is a very common phenomenon. Most students hope to apply for some jobs which beyond their abilities too far when they graduate from the college. By doing the part time job, they will know the working experience is very important when they hunt for jobs, and they will adjust their career targets. Admittedly, spending much time in other activities will influence the study to some extent. Especially, the homework of university is really heavy. However, we can control our activities time, and all these activities to be done without influencing the study, it is still worth to be participating. Form what we have discussed above, it is essential to involve activities in the university life.
