Secondly, with the development of video games, the amount of addictors of such games has increased dramatically in recent years, especially for teenagers. As the platform of such harmful and inducing games, cellphone and internet has played a critical role as consprisy. Last but not the least is the security concern. There are so many traffic accidents or similar tragedies caused by using cellphone or internet during driving or walking. Not to mension this, there are also some medical dangers caused by these devices, such as radiation. The allerged medical statistics shows that there are definite relations between cancer and the overuse of cellphone and computer. So, as far as I am concerned, the usage of cellphone and internet is a double edge, just like a coin has two sides. We should take the best advantages of these communication tools, and try to eradicate the side-effects of cellphone and internet. Not only the government and authority should enhanse the surveillance but also the public should increas the awareness of the disadvantage of these modern devices.
