The drawing shows one man goes through a stone while thinking there is the very place that other men have fallen down, therefore he gets around it, lest he would fall either. The picture implies there may be an obstacle we all encounter in our life. And old saying has it that wise men learn by other men’s mistakes——the trouble is，not every one knows how to survive in a society that is full of trap wisely. There is no clear-cut road for a young man emerging from college to travel on, but he can draw lessons from other men’s failure. Predecessors’ conclusion is one of the most valuable source of experience. In the first place, by learning from others, we can reduce the possibility of making mistakes, as well as improve our work efficiency. In the second place, it is learn from the experience, rather than follow others blindly, that inspires us to travel on. In a word, only if we learn from the failure and the past, can we develop our ability and make further progress.
