One way is working individually that means we should arrange things and solve problems by ourselves.Another way is working in a team.Working in a team is different from the working individually.This way is requested to have the workmate,everyone can talk about some things together and learn from each other. As for me,I enjoy the way to get work done is working individually.Why do I like it?Because I like thinking of something by myself,I have been used to working individually,and whenever I solve a problem by myself I can be very happy.
