nowadays, science plays a more significant role in the development of the society, resulting that some people suggest government invest more money in the education of science than other subjects. i partially agree with this proposal. without any doubt, science have boosted the economic growth of a country. science makes it possible for a country to produce the high-technology goods needed by other countries thus it can take part into international trade which will accerlerate the accumulation of weakth. in addition, the advance of science, such as the invention of more efficient means of production , is able to lower the costs of the industry which are more likely to scale up consequently. more importantly, many new jobs are created as the sided products of promotion of science. therefore, putting more money in teaching science has extremely sense for the development for a country. however, the science can not cover the whole range of social development, though it facilitates our material life greatly. improving the spirit life is also the important aspect of the social development, which can not be achieving by the teaching of science. the rntertainment life is much more related to the education of arts, such as music and paiting , which enriches our daily life greatly. what's more, the proper application of science relies on the health mental development. the education department must cultivate the sense of responsibility of the youth to guarrantee the benign advances of science of technology. in other words, the development and progress of a country also involves the well-organised organisations and business knowledge apart of science. in conclusion, i think it is the duty of a country to put much money into the development of science but at the same time, the government must strike a balance bwtween sicence subjects and other ones, because they are compatible and beneficial each other rather than exclusive.
