For shining example, the General Motor, a well-known branded car company, has recalled more than 800,000 old models which has a faulty ignition switch linking to death of totally 30 motorists in the past decade. Without leading to the corrosion of republication, the General Motor smartly borrowed the strategies from the Toyota, a Japanese company, which has also faced the same adversity, by apologizing in public ,promising to recall the faulty cars,and compensating the survivors and victim’s families. The consequence is that the company remains in a good shape, thanks to the experience of Toyota. If you take advantage of experiences from predecessors, definitely, you can be time-saving and more efficient. Therefore, before we launch to finish a task, we are better off either turning to the experienced for what we are supposed to take care of, or searching information from books or internet to figure out what we should pay attention to. Only this way can we make a shortcut to the achievement.
