Over the past two decades,the composition of Atlantis city's population has a significant change.As is indicated in this table,the total population of Atlantis city has a remarkably increasing as time goes on.In 2008,the total population is double as much as it twenty years ago. According to the trend of the total population growth,we can infer that the population of different ethnic groups will keep a steadily growing,just as the table indicated.However,we would also find that the trend of population's percentage of different ethnic groups aren't identical with the population's numbers.In generally,the population's percentages of S.E.Asian,Indian and Polynesian always keep booming,while Caucasian has a reverse situation.Why?Because the total population of Caucasian is the domination factor of Atlantis city in 1988.And within the twenty years,the growth of the population became more and more slowly.On the contrary,compared with their small basic population in 1988,the population of the other ethnic groups kept booming.Therefore,although the population of different ethnic groups are always keep growing,we could get the percentage of Caucasian population has a decrease trend in the end.
