Why it is unwise to put all eggs in one basket? Because you will break all eggs since you drop the basket accidentally, which will make you pay for the bill without return. In finance area, when people is going to use their money on investment, if their funds are put on the same project, the money have the same risk as the project. However, when invest on more than two projects, the total venture will be distributed to several projects, and the investor can get a predictable minimum margins instead of the uncertain project. The benefit that people can get from the disperse investment is a balance from the minimum venture and the maximum profit. The purpose why I bring out these instance above is to suggest people to make a more advisable decision when choosing a combination.
