In recent years, there are great changes taking place in the situation of the accomodation. As is lively illustrated by the column chart,the number of the public houses are greatly reduced while the private hiouses are getting more and more. A multitude of factors may have led to the tandency revealed by the chart, but the following are critical ones from my perspective.First and foremost, along with the development of the economy and the society, the level of the living is getting higher ang higher and more and more people can afford their own houses.In the second place, the public houses, as the symbol of the society welfare, have many shortage such as unablility to be sold,which is not according with the growing demand.So,the goverment has enacted a series of policies to reduce the number of the public houses,such as the housing-reform houses. What's more, the city planing also have a great influence on the reducing of the pubic houses.A lot of old public houses bave been taken down. The situation have a great effect on the development of the society and our lives. On the one hand, the reducing of the public houses amplify the need of accomodation,which promote the development of the housing industry. On the other hand,it may causes the situation that poor family is difficult to get a house.
