As for the picture,people are crossing the street looking at their cell phones and using walking sticks in order to see.I think that this circumstance is not a good phnomenon. On one hand,eyes can't stand the way that we use cell phone in long time.On the other hand,our view will be within by used cell phone and not observed the environment which surrounded us.We can't develop in this circumstance that the cell phones overuse.
