In recent years,western festivals have increasingly around a great attention among the Chinese people,especially the young.Concerning the phenomenon of the Chinese people's interested celebrating of western festivals,different have different views. For one thing,some people think that to celebration of western festivals could make more joys to our lives.For example, on valentine's day,many young men will express their love by exchange gifts and strengthen their relationship.From this aspect,celebration western festivals provide an opportunity for us to communicate with others and develop our relationship.In addition to celebration of western festivals adds the Chinese traditional cultures. For another,some people point that young people's attention to the western festivals will ignore our traditional culture. In a long term people will have no knowledge to our own culture. In my opinion,our paying too much attention to western festivals will bring some side effects.Therefore I suggest that people should not be immersed too much in western festivals but ignore the Chinese traditional culture.
