In my opinions.I think ther are many reason when the phenomenon is happenning.First,i think it is ascribed to the develop of encomic that make people have moneyto buything and search the beatiful commodity.Second i believe that is everyone like the beatiful thing.At last,people do not have the opinion of protect the enviromental.Therefor, I assist the package is needing to control the degree. So i think the goverment need to take some law to require the packge.
