It is not wise to believe a snap judgment. People make correct and proper judgments based on reliable materials and reasonable evidences. In complicated cases, to make sure those materials and evidences reliable, may take a great deal of time and efforts, especially in law affairs and company plans. However, if decision makers are not quite rational, and make decision without enough preparations, judgments will become questionable. Whenever a mistake makes, consequences may destroyable. When I was working in a school laboratory, my first work is to design a new device, high performance absorber, which its construction is not very complicated. I finish my idea quickly, and begin my work.
