As it says,it's not really smart to get a conclusion right now after seeing or herring something. First,we judge a thing not with our eyes or ears only.Things are showed to everyone in different ways.So we do not get the same information about a thing.It is hard to say what is the truth.Second,the process of thinking is so important that we can make a right choice.We can't be so quickly to make a decision.The faster we gain a truth,the more we be silly.Thirdly,the thing we saw only might do a truth.Why should we not wait for somewhile? The truth will float on the water by itself. As far as I'm concerned,don't judge a thing quickly.
