The flower seems to grow robustly by the shelter of glass which prevents it from storm and lightning. However, pretty soon it become feebleness when moved outside word catching storm. On the contrary, kids would feel strongly that they are incompatible with the society after entering the job. The kids would remain feeble, provided that parents are indulgent to their children. The critical steps that would change such a situation are to encourage children to perform social practice as possible as them can, and allow them to independently cope with curve ball that life throw to him.
