同意或者不同意，都是错误的。不结合具体情况，无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好：跟老板、同事沟通，face-to-face communication更好；跟愤怒的投诉顾客，telephone更好一些；跟情人沟通，当然face-to-face更好。
作者词汇基础不错，在学术词汇的积累上还要再接再厉；可适当增加从句使用，注意极个别句子错误；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用。
Nowadays, we usually use telephone or internet to communicate. Admittedly, it's more fast and convenient. What you need to do is only by using your mouse or telephone screen. Nevertheless, we may come into the difficulty to express ourselves and also we will give us some excuse to avoid problems right now. Facing to other people, we can use our body languages our facial expresses to help us make illustrate our ideals. Human being's communication is not only constraint by our oral languages. Sometime, it's the action and face movements that make people understood. Our emotions and altitude are probably reflected in our facial expressions and body languages, which is also very important in communication. Speaking less, simple communication may be the most efficient way. Take our teacher's class as an example. when we are taught new knowledges, our teacher will always look at our face to make sure whether we follow him or not. If don't, he may make a joke or a warn to draw our attention back. That's why I find my university's classroom teaching is more popular than internet based courses. Another advantage of face to face communication is that, we will be required to solve the problems immediately. Put it in different words, we cannot prolong it using a excuse. We also take online classes in my university as an demonstration, we are allowed to access to our library to listen our selective classes. Some of us would find, it's hard to prepare our assignments in time. Our teachers usually give us the choice to arrange our time, so we usually choose weekend or some date very late. Because, we just don't want to do so much homework after a week's busy study. Thus, we give us a excuse, it's online class, it's flexible and the teachers will not find if we fail to prepare before. Then, we cannot help to ignoring the assignments. When we finally come to the date of online discussion, all are devoted to busy preparing. In a conclusion, it's highly recommended that we talk face to face, if we can. That's our true life. You can not live all your lives behind screen or smart phones. Face to face communication will not only improve our efficiency but also give pressures to solve problems in a minute. That's beneficial to our relationships and future development.
